Views over the valley, exceptionally comfortable beds. Food for breakfast was great! The helpful staff made our stay a really great experience for one night above the city of Kandy.

No.11 Uptown Econostay in Kandy was really nice. The location was close to the center, yet quiet with a relaxing garden. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner, Chandni, was kind and helpful, providing us with useful information and arranging a tuk-tuk driver. She cooked delicious breakfasts for a reasonable price, including traditional Sri Lankan dishes. The wifi worked well, making it a great stay overall.

I was really surprised by the value for money at this small bed and breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to the center but still peaceful with a relaxing garden. The staff, especially the owner, was helpful and were very good too make our stay enjoyable. The homemade breakfast, including traditional Sri Lankan dishes, was delicious and reasonably priced.

We stayed at No.11 Uptown Econostay and felt like part of the owner's family. the room had 2 large beds and a bathroom, providing all the comfort we needed. Despite being located up the hill away from the main area, it only took a 5-minute walk to reach Kandy's lake. the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

I recently stayed at No.11 Uptown Econostay in Kandy, and I must say that despite a few issues, my overall experience was satisfactory. The main reason I chose this hotel was its convenient location. As a frequent traveler, I often have short layovers, and this hotel is located just 106 km from the nearest airport. It made my transit much more convenient and saved me valuable time. the hotel provided a reliable database system, ensuring smooth check-in and a hassle-free stay.

The room I stayed in, 101, was not up to par in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

The WiFi signal can be weak at times.

No regrets staying here again and again. The staff helped find my lost necklace. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, electric kettle, shared kitchen. Excited to return for another trip.

Comfortable and Well-Equipped Stay. The accommodation offered a fully equipped private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. It felt like a luxury spa experience, without the pricey price tag.

Lack of Clear Signage. Finding the accommodation was a bit challenging as there was no signboard.

uptown econostay was a pleasant surprise. the owner was friendly and helpful, making our stay in kandy enjoyable. the homemade breakfast was delicious and the spacious room made us feel comfortable. monkeys outside added a unique touch to our experience. wish we had more time to stay.
